Jazz Fest / French Quarter Festival
With the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and the French Quarter Festival fast approaching, Cooks Brigade is now seeking shorter term restaurant assistance.
Logistically it will be a much easier proposition to house individuals for a two to three week stint during what is expected to be record crowds during these two festivals.
Our restaurants desparately need your help.
We are specifically looking to hear from Executive Chefs and Proprietors who are willing to discuss with their staff the possibility of sending one or two individuals down to help.
