Pairing Details

In order to make this experience as mutually beneficial as possible, Cooks Brigade seeks to team up the host Chefs and restaurants with Chefs/Cooks/Sous Chefs who have skillsets that are comparable to their required experience level for their kitchens.

As well, we want this to be a growth/learning experience for our paid "volunteers", therefore we will seek to place these honorable participants into kitchens where they will be comfortable, excited and seeking new challenges.

This first and formost must be a pairing where both parties are looking forward to this rewarding experience.
