Host Participation

If you are a chef or restaurant owner in New Orleans and would like to host a chef, cook, sous chef, etc. please put together the following information and email it to the Cooks Brigade.

• Chef
• Restaurant
• All contact information
• Career highlights
• 1 paragraph detailing your restaurant, menu, style, etc.
• Position(s) needed.
• Photographs of the restaurant and/or a dish. (Please do not send more than three photographs.)
• Description of your restaurant's difficulties, staffing issues, etc.

Remember that most of this information will be posted onto the website except for your contact information. All conversations will be initiated after both parties agree that there is interest.
